The questions we get asked

Cost, ownership, whether this replaces your staff, and what happens when something breaks.

What exactly do you automate?

Manual, repetitive office work: paper timesheets, handwritten work orders, invoice re-typing, appointment confirmation calls, quote follow-ups, scheduling phone tag. If someone does it by hand every week, it is a candidate.

How much does it cost?

Single workflow automations run $1,500–$5,000. Custom CRMs $4,000–$12,000. Dashboards and portals $3,000–$9,000. AI receptionists from $450/mo. Websites $1,000–$2,500. Every project gets a fixed quote before we start.

Will this replace my office staff?

No — and we would tell you if a project was headed that way. We automate the re-typing and phone tag so the people you already have can handle more jobs, more customers, and the judgment calls software cannot make. Our clients grow into their team, not out of it.

We are not technical. Can we actually use this?

That is the point. If your crew can fill out a paper form, they can use what we build. We design around the workflow they already know, and we train your team before launch.

How long does a build take?

Most single workflows go live in 2–4 weeks. CRMs and larger dashboards run 3–6 weeks. Voice agents are usually answering calls within a week.

We already use QuickBooks, Jobber, or Housecall Pro. Do we have to switch?

No. We build around what you have and connect to it wherever possible. You are probably already paying $25–$250 a month for software — our job is to make it all work together, not sell you a replacement.

What happens after launch if something breaks?

Every project includes a post-launch fix window. After that, the optional retainer ($750–$2,500/mo) covers fixes, tweaks, and new automation — or we hand over documentation and you run it yourself.

Who owns the software and the data?

You do. Full stop. The code, the dashboard, the data in it — all yours, with no per-seat fees and nothing held hostage if we part ways.

What do the AI voice agents actually do?

They answer your line 24/7, book appointments into your calendar, call customers ahead of appointments to confirm, and call your technicians weekly to confirm availability. They follow scripts you approve, and anything unusual gets routed to a human.
