What we collect
When you contact us or become a client, we collect the information needed to do the work: your name, email address, phone number, business name and address, and the content you give us for your website (menus, photos, hours, logos, and anything similar).
Our website also collects minimal, privacy-friendly analytics (page views and broad visit statistics). We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
How we use it
We use your information to deliver the services you asked for: building and updating your website, responding to your requests, invoicing, and keeping your site running. If you have a monthly plan and choose to connect your Telegram account, we also exchange messages there about your website, as described below.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your data to train AI models.
Telegram messages
Messaging is optional. Clients on a monthly website plan can message our Telegram bot to request updates to their website (menu items, prices, hours, photos). We reply to confirm changes, ask clarifying questions, or ask for your approval before publishing a change. The same service is always available by email and through the client portal, and agreeing to receive messages is never a condition of purchasing or using any Opus service.
To opt in, start a chat with our bot and have us link it to your account; the bot's details are in your onboarding materials. We only message the specific chat you register with us.
Message frequency varies and is driven by your activity — we send messages in response to requests you send us, plus occasional service notices about your website.
You can opt out at any time: stop the bot, block it, or email us at the address below.
We do not share or sell your Telegram identity or contact details with third parties.
Who we share with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business — for example, hosting, payments, and message delivery — and only as much as they need to provide that service. They are bound by their own privacy obligations, and none of them receive your information for their own marketing.
Retention and security
We keep your information only as long as we need it to provide the service and meet our legal obligations. Data is encrypted in transit, access on our side is limited to the people doing the work, and every automated action on your account is logged.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will take care of it, normally within 30 days.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date below. Questions: email [email protected].
