We map the workflow and quote a flat price. You know the cost, the timeline, and exactly what "done" looks like before anything gets built.
No hourly billing. No surprise invoices.
Weeks 2–4 — Build and pilot
We build in weekly check-ins. Your crew runs the new system alongside the old way until everyone trusts it. No big-bang cutover.
Ongoing — Launch, and a retainer if you want one
It goes live and the paper stops. Keep us on retainer from $750/mo to maintain it and automate the next thing — or don't. You own it either way.
What we need from you

- An hour with the person who actually does the work, not just the owner.

- One decision-maker for the yes/no calls.
